Sarah McAree

Associate Director

 

Sarah McAree is a corporate and commercial lawyer. Her experience includes managing M&A and venture capital transactions including drafting, negotiating and advising on share and asset sales and investments and due diligence investigations. Having also managed the know-how and precedents of one of Brisbane’s largest Corporate teams, Sarah has advised on a broad range of corporate, commercial and intellectual property issues. Sarah has domestic and global experience having advised clients in Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States and Hong Kong. Sarah is currently a director, and the chair of the Finance and Risk Committee, of La Boite Theatre. She recently completed the Governance Foundations for not-for-profit directors AICD’s course and was accredited by AIPM as certified practicing project practitioner.
