Infrastructure

Our focus

Infrastructure covers a diverse range of sectors. Our consultants have advised on infrastructure projects for over 20 years. This has included advising on projects in Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe, the Mediterranean and the Middle East. Inevitably, infrastructure projects are complex, involving many different interests but all with the one overriding aim - a successful project. Over our years of advising on infrastructure projects we have advised government, project bidders (sponsors), concession holders, financiers and equity participants, construction and specialist subcontractors, operations and maintenance contractors. Our consultants have also advised on privatisations and participants in secondary markets seeking to purchase an interest in existing infrastructure assets. We believe that we are able to bring a balanced breadth of experience when we advise on infrastructure projects.

Prentice Consulting’s focus on infrastructure projects is primarily on transaction management, peer review, bidding and negotiating key subcontracts. We are also well positioned to advise on long term operational contracts and due diligence requirements in respect of potential infrastructure projects or for proponents who seek to take an equity stake in an existing infrastructure asset.
