Our legal practice is headed by Jeremy Prentice and supported by Sarah McAree. Jeremy and Sarah both have over 25 years of post admission experience gained locally and abroad.

Our philosophy for the provision of legal services is simple. Provide experienced and pragmatic specialist front end legal advice, in those industries (refer to the tabs above) where we have deep experience. We seek to do this on a highly cost effective basis whilst also avoiding much of the formality that is usually associated with the legal profession.

The legal services that we provide to the Industries we serve focus on contractual, commercial, corporate, finance and property requirements.
