Melissa is a business transformation specialist with over 25+ years' experience delivering business management solutions and strategies, supporting businesses as they reform, rebuild and realign. Working with clients as they strive to achieve sustainable strategic and operational effectiveness, Melissa has designed, managed and delivered the strategic and operational aspects of organisational transformations , organisational efficiencies, mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing and organisation redesign & restructures.
Melissa is a very pragmatic management consultant with a depth of skill and breadth of experience across many different industries helping businesses to realise their vision. As well as robust consulting and business transformation experience, Melissa also possesses strong Project Management skills and experience.

Melissa's very practical experience, gained while she was an Officer in the Royal Australian Navy and while working with numerous public and private sector clients, has been sharpened by working with three premier professional services businesses - KMPG Consulting (UK), Deloitte and Ernst and Young.
